My Bully Pulpit

I've had this site for about 4 years now and I've hesitated on using it as my own bully pulpit because I didn't want to be yet another crazy person with a website telling the world about their nonsensical ideas. Lord knows there are more of those people than the world can ever hope to ignore.

I'm breaking that tradition because, well, I've gotten older and realized that -- perhaps like all the crazy people who have come before me -- not all of my ideas and views are nonsensical. Most are, but not all. See if you can tell them apart.

DISCLAIMER: Some of the pages below each contain links to multiple news sources (news papers, TV news stations, etc.) On each page, there is a short editorialized description of the event and then a link to it. The link itself is not editorialized so if you feel that I've editorialized or slanted the story unfairly, click on the link and see for yourself what the facts were.
