Andy's Projects

My projects were initially random, but I've started to notice that they do coalesce around certain categories. For example, I've been an avid news hound ever since I can remember -- TV, newspapers, you name it. What I've also noticed (as anyone who reads the news does) is that the media is fickle. Any story not about Paris Hilton or Britney Spears is on every station and in every article for about a week and then it disappears. People forget about it, the world moves on ... until the next time the same shit happens again.

So the thought occurred to me about what you could prove/show if you looked at the news over time.

Random projects:

  1. Andy fixes the sunroof that General Motors was too cheap to build right in the first place (June 2008)

Ongoing projects

  1. Andy's maintenance log for his car
  2. Andy's maintenance log for his bike
  3. Bankruptcy and the recession of 2007-2009
  4. How to make the world better
  5. Andy uses his powers of frugality to save the world

Past projects (more coming)

  1. Andy fights a traffic ticket... and wins.
  2. Andy takes on Citibank and wins.
  3. How much does law school cost?
  4. Andy passes the California Bar exam
