I turned 30 this past Monday (May 21, 2007). Normally people forget or I have to celebrate it with work colleagues (who are totally awesome, by the way). But, to my surprise and unending gratitude, my friend Karen organized a get together with some people from our law school class. I, of course, went ahead and ruined it by mentioning to them 'Oh, Monday is good for our get together because its also my birthday.'
